Sea to Sea Marine Solutions
Sea To Sea Marine Solutions (CTC) is a boutique marine advisory and consultancy company set up to give support to all aspects of the marine industry and supply chain.
CTC's associates are all experienced marine professionals who have held very senior positions with major sectors of the industry.

CTC's vision is to be able to assist the industry giving advice, mentoring or expertise where needed.

In addition, CTC acts as ambassadors/brokers to a number of shipyards in the Middle East and Mediterranean.
CTC also represents Feen Marine, the industry's leader in the retrol fitting of the "plug and play" SoxBox Scrubbers.

Captain David Stockley
Co-Founder
Captain David Stockley has over 25 years’ experience ashore including Senior Marine Advisor to the ASYAD Group, Chief Operating Officer of Oman Shipping Company, and the Vafias Group, and Northern Marine’s Operations Director. He provides consulting services in all aspects of technical ship management and crew management, dry docking and newbuilding, vetting and compliance, marine insurance and procurement, with particular focus in oil, gas and dry bulk businesses.
